The acai berry (pronounced ah-SAH-ee) snd its many benefits has spread throughout the country like wild fire. There's not a magazine, Internet site or even your own email that doesn't espouse the wonders of acai. There are some people that eat acai berries to address various health conditions. But depending on which study you read or website, there are naysayers that claim the acai berries have no known health benefit.
