You must have wondered which superfoods are actually the best ones. In this article I will give you a quick overview of the top ten superfoods for your body and your brain. Superfoods not only make your body stronger but they also make your brain work better, thus making you more productive and vibrant.

1.) Raw Cacao

Lets start with something very pleasant; everyone likes right? In it's original state, raw cacao is the food source with the highest PEA, the feel good pleasure chemical. Raw cocoa the highest fueling the biggest mineral deficiency in the west and it contains huge amounts of Vitamin C and amino acids and antioxidants, essential for optimal brain function.
